Croton Petra 10'' pot 12-14'' Tall
Croton petra is a common tropical houseplant with bright green leaves with white, bronze, purple or pink coloring based on the age and maturity of the plant. Adequate light is an important factor in their care, and if proper lighting is taken into consideration, croton petra can last for years. Caring for croton petra is relatively easy, but they do require regular maintenance in order to thrive. Step 1 Place your potted croton petra in an area of your home that receives full sun and minimal shade. Croton petra thrives in well-lit areas, but do not place the plant in direct sunlight. Step 2 Maintain a moderate temperature between 60 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the room where you display your croton petra. Temperatures higher than 80 degrees Fahrenheit may cause the croton petra to wilt and dry out. Step 3 Allow the soil to dry out before watering. When watering, do not over-water, as it will cause the leaves to yellow and possibly rot. Water slowly, allowing the moisture to soak into the soil, and stop before a pool forms on the top of the soil. Step 4 Fertilize once a month with a low-nitrogen, water-soluble fertilizer. Do not fertilize during the winter months. Step 5 Promote bushiness in mature croton petra plants by pruning the plant back where leaf joints appear.

Martha Washington Geraniums Assorted 6'' pot
Martha Washington geraniums prefer fertile, well-drained soil. In landscape beds, amend soil with plenty of organic matter prior to planting. In containers, use a commercial soil-less mix developed for use in planters. These mixes provide the right drainage for plants in a container to thrive. Martha Washington geraniums are susceptible to root rot, so avoid overwatering plants or tucking them into heavy clay soils in planting beds. Place your Martha Washington geraniums where they’ll receive direct sun, but protect them from hottest afternoon sun in all regions. If plants don’t get enough sunlight, flower numbers drop. Encourage flower formation by removing spent blooms.
